5 oz Year of the Rooster Copper Round

This beautiful round celebrates the Chinese "Year of the Rooster", part of the 12-year Chinese zodiac cycle. This cycle follows the same repeating sequence in twelve-year increments, and designates each year with a different animal name.

Expanded description

Weighing in at 5 ounces and minted in 0.999 fine copper, the Year of the Rooster Copper Round features an attractive design in high relief.

The Chinese character for rooster appears as well, along with The Golden State Mint identification. The reverse side features a compelling circular design, featuring the animal symbols and Chinese characters for all 12 zodiac years including the rat, ox, tiger, rabbit, dragon, snake, horse, goat, monkey, rooster, dog, and pig.

The Year of the Goat Copper Round is a true collector's round with an exceptionally sharp strike and the perfect luster of copper.
