Where does your product come from?

What shipping frequencies do you offer?
We currently offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly subscription options. Regardless of the schedule you choose, subscription orders are processed and shipped every Monday.
We feel this approach provide more flexibility for our customers as most subscriptions services only offer a monthly option.
Can I have more than one subscription?
Yes. You can have multiple active subscriptions at the same time. Many customers choose to build separate stacks by subscribing to different categories, such as silver, gold, Goldbacks, constitutional silver, or a mixed gold and silver subscription.
Can I change my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can change your subscription amount, switch to a different subscription, or update your shipping frequency at any time through your account. Changes made before your next billing cycle will apply to future shipments.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. If you need to take a break, you can pause your subscription at any time. There are no penalties for pausing, and you can reactivate your subscription whenever you're ready to begin receiving shipments again.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. There are no long-term commitments. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account before your next billing date. Once canceled, you will not be charged for future shipments.
Are there any contracts or cancellation fees?

Why don't customers choose the products?

Will I receive the exact products shown in the product photos?
No. The product images on our website are representative examples of the types of precious metals that may be included in your subscription.
The exact coins, rounds, bars, Goldbacks, mints, designs, years, weights, and quantities may vary based on current market conditions and product availability. While the products may differ, our commitment to maximizing the value of every subscription remains the same.
Can I request specific products or mints?
Because our subscriptions are value-driven, we do not accept requests for specific coins, bars, mints, or designs.
This flexibility allows us to source from multiple suppliers and select the products that provide the best overall value at the time your subscription is fulfilled.
If you're looking for a specific product, we recommend purchasing it separately rather than through a subscription.
Can I request more gold or more silver in my shipment?
Each subscription is designed around a specific precious metal category, such as silver, gold, Goldbacks, constitutional silver, or a mixed gold and silver subscription.
Within those categories, product selection is determined by current market conditions and overall value. We are unable to customize individual shipments beyond the subscription you have selected.
How much precious metal will I receive?
The amount of precious metal you receive depends on your subscription amount, current spot prices, product premiums, and market availability at the time your order is fulfilled.
Because precious metal prices change daily, the weight and quantity of products included in each shipment will vary. When prices are lower, your subscription may contain more metal. When prices are higher, the total weight may be less.

How do changing spot prices affect my subscription?
Precious metal prices fluctuate throughout the trading day.
Your subscription is fulfilled using current market prices at the time your order is assembled, not when your subscription is purchased or renewed. This allows us to purchase products based on real-time market conditions and maximize the value of your shipment.
Because of these market fluctuations, the products and total weight included in your shipment may vary from one delivery to the next.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after they are shipped, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Is my package shipped discreetly?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging that does not identify the contents as precious metals.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment from our facility to your delivery address.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
