Refund policy

At Altrukom Bullion, customer satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind every product we sell and want you to buy with confidence. Because precious metals are traded in a rapidly changing commodities market, all returns are subject to the terms below.

14-Day Return Period

Most eligible products may be returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please contact Altrukom Bullion before returning any merchandise. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.

Returned items must be received by Altrukom Bullion within the approved return window.


Eligible Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition.
  • Remain in their original packaging, assay card, mint packaging, or protective capsule (if applicable).
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, cleaning, or tampering.
  • Include all original certificates of authenticity and accompanying materials, if provided.

Altrukom Bullion reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before approving a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return except in the case of shipping damage or an error by Altrukom Bullion:

  • Custom or special-order products.
  • Products that have been opened, removed from protective packaging, altered, cleaned, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items identified as final sale.
  • Gift cards.
  • Digital products or downloadable content.

Market Loss Policy

Because precious metals are commodities whose values fluctuate continuously, returns are subject to current market conditions.

If the market price of the returned product has declined between the date of purchase and the date the return is processed, the customer may be responsible for any applicable market loss.

If the market price has increased, refunds will be based on the original purchase price and will not include any market appreciation.

Market gains belong to the customer while the order is in transit to them. Market losses remain the responsibility of the customer until the returned merchandise is received and accepted by Altrukom Bullion.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless:

  • An incorrect item was shipped.
  • The product arrived damaged in transit.
  • The return is the result of an error made by Altrukom Bullion.

We strongly recommend that all returns be shipped using an insured, trackable shipping service. Altrukom Bullion is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged during return shipment.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you received an incorrect item, notify Altrukom Bullion within 48 hours of delivery.

Please retain all original packaging and provide photographs of the shipping box, packaging materials, and affected products when requested. This helps us quickly resolve shipping claims.


Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will generally be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Altrukom Bullion.


Order Cancellations

Orders for precious metals are generally considered final once confirmed because prices are locked based on live market conditions.

If Altrukom Bullion agrees to cancel an order before shipment, the order may be subject to applicable market gains or losses, payment processing fees that cannot be recovered, and any other costs incurred in fulfilling the order.


Fraud Prevention

For the protection of our customers and the integrity of the precious metals market, Altrukom Bullion reserves the right to refuse any return that appears fraudulent, altered, tampered with, or otherwise inconsistent with this policy.
