Cancellation policy

At Altrukom Bullion, we believe building a precious metals collection should be simple, flexible, and centered on long-term value. Our subscription program is designed to help collectors, stackers, and investors consistently grow their holdings through professionally curated shipments while providing the freedom to manage or cancel a subscription at any time.
By enrolling in a recurring subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.
No Contracts – Cancel Anytime
There are no long-term contracts or membership commitments.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting Altrukom Bullion at info@altrukom.com.
Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not affect orders that have already been processed, billed, or shipped.
Recurring Billing Authorization
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Altrukom Bullion to automatically charge your selected payment method according to the delivery frequency chosen during checkout.
Subscription frequencies may include:
- Weekly
- Every Two Weeks
- Monthly
Recurring billing will continue until your subscription is canceled.
Cancellation Deadline
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, your subscription must be canceled before your next scheduled billing date.
Once a recurring order has been processed and payment has been successfully authorized, that shipment is considered a completed purchase and cannot be canceled.

Curated Subscription Shipments
Unlike many subscription programs that ship predetermined products each month, every Altrukom Bullion subscription is professionally curated at the time of fulfillment.
Your subscription secures a professionally curated precious metals shipment—not a guaranteed combination of specific products. Every shipment is thoughtfully assembled at the time of fulfillment to maximize overall value based on current market conditions.
Each shipment is selected using factors including:
- Current precious metals spot prices
- Product premiums
- Inventory availability
- Market opportunities
- Collectible opportunities
- Overall value to the subscriber
Our goal is simple:
To build every shipment the same way we would build our own collection.
Product Variations
Each subscription primarily focuses on the precious metal associated with the selected subscription.
To maximize value, shipments may also include complementary precious metals, bullion products, or collectible opportunities when appropriate.
Depending on market conditions, shipments may include:
- Gold
- Silver
- Platinum
- Palladium
- Constitutional (90%) silver coinage
- Goldbacks®
- Government mint bullion
- Private mint bullion
- Bullion bars
- Bullion rounds
- Historic U.S. coinage
- Secondary market precious metals
- Certified or collectible coins
Products may vary by:
- Manufacturer
- Mint
- Year
- Denomination
- Design
- Finish
- Packaging
- Condition
- Precious metal weight
Actual products may differ from product photographs or previous subscription shipments.
Shipment Schedule
Subscription shipments are generally fulfilled and shipped each Monday, excluding holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipment dates may occasionally vary due to market conditions, inventory availability, payment verification, carrier delays, or other operational requirements.
Payment Failures
If a recurring payment cannot be successfully processed, Altrukom Bullion may:
- Retry the payment
- Request updated payment information
- Delay shipment until payment is received
- Suspend future shipments
- Cancel the subscription if payment cannot be completed
Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
Market Pricing
Each recurring shipment receives its own independent market price based on current precious metals prices at the time the recurring order is processed.
Subscription prices are not locked when the subscription is initially created.
Each shipment receives a new market price lock upon successful payment authorization.
Subscription Changes
Customers may update their:
- Payment method
- Shipping address
- Billing information
- Delivery frequency
Changes must be submitted before the next billing cycle to apply to the upcoming shipment.
Changes requested after processing has begun may not take effect until the following shipment.
Subscription Pauses
Where available, customers may temporarily pause future subscription shipments.
Pausing affects only future recurring orders and does not alter shipments that have already been processed.

Rather than following a fixed monthly formula, every shipment is thoughtfully curated based on the current precious metals market. Spot prices, premiums, inventory availability, and collectible opportunities change constantly, and we believe your subscription should have the flexibility to change with them.
Every shipment is assembled with one guiding principle:
"If this shipment were going into our own collection, how would we maximize its value?"
That philosophy is what makes every Altrukom Bullion subscription unique.
Subscription Modifications
Altrukom Bullion reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription offerings at any time.
We may also cancel individual subscriptions due to:
- Fraudulent activity
- Payment failures
- Abuse of subscription benefits
- Inventory limitations
- Operational requirements
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Whenever reasonably possible, customers will be notified before significant changes become effective.
