What is a Gold Bullion Bundle™?
A curated assortment of physical gold coins, rounds and/or bars, including fractional sizes, selected for your budget. Weights refer to fine gold content. Purity varies by product; an alloyed gold coin can contain the same fine gold weight as a higher-purity bar. You receive the metal itself, delivered to you.
How do you verify the gold?
Every piece is tested internally before shipment. Our verification methods include XRF analysis, Sigma Metalytics, ultrasonic testing and other advanced techniques. We choose the appropriate checks for each item rather than relying only on its supplier or markings.
Will I receive the exact pieces pictured?
The photos show real products as examples, enlarged for detail. Small fractional gold pieces can be very small in hand. We choose your assortment from available stock, usually starting with larger pieces and adding smaller sizes to complete it. Fractional examples include gram-weight bars and Monarch rounds weighing 1/200, 1/500 and 1/1000 troy ounce. Brands, designs, condition and piece counts may vary. The collages show possible alternatives, not a promise of every design.
What do grams and troy ounces mean?
Both measure gold weight: one troy ounce equals about 31.1035 grams. A 1/10 troy ounce piece contains about 3.110 grams. The calculator uses fine gold content, not the weight of packaging or any alloy metals.
Why can my gold weight change?
Your selected bundle amount stays the same unless you change it. The amount of gold it buys can change as our gold costs change. The calculator estimates an order placed today and rounds the fine gold weight up to the next 0.001 gram. The example assortment may slightly exceed that weight.
Who gets $10 off and free first-order shipping?
New customers who have never placed an order on Altrukom.com receive $10 off plus free shipping on their first subscription order, automatically at checkout. It is one offer per customer across all bundle types. Starting another subscription does not create another offer, and one-time purchases do not qualify. Your first-order discount does not reduce the gold estimate.
What does shipping cost after my first order?
Below $200, shipping averages about $6.50 using USPS Ground Advantage. Your final rate is calculated at checkout. Orders of $200 or more ship free. Your gold is packed discreetly and shipped with insurance.
Can I pause, skip or cancel?
Yes. Manage your subscription through your online account, or call or email us. Make changes by the day before your next scheduled charge. If an order has already been charged, contact us promptly before it ships so we can review the available options.
What if I need to return my order?
