At Altrukom Bullion, we understand that every order represents an investment. Whether you're purchasing bullion, collectible coins, or a subscription shipment, we take great care to package and ship your order securely, discreetly, and efficiently.

By placing an order with Altrukom Bullion, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.


Shipping Rates

We proudly offer FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic orders of $200.00 or more (before applicable taxes and fees).

Orders under $200.00 will be charged the applicable shipping rate displayed during checkout.

Shipping promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using the carrier and service level determined by Altrukom Bullion to provide the safest, most secure, and most reliable delivery for your order.

We may utilize carriers including, but not limited to:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • United Parcel Service (UPS)
  • FedEx
  • Other qualified commercial carriers

The selection of carrier, shipping service, and routing is solely at the discretion of Altrukom Bullion.


Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options may be available during checkout for an additional charge.

Expedited shipping applies only to transit time once an order has been processed and shipped. It does not guarantee same-day processing or shipment.

Orders remain subject to payment verification, inventory availability, and normal order processing procedures.


Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Subscription fulfillment schedules

Subscription Shipments

Recurring subscription orders are generally fulfilled and shipped each Monday, excluding holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Each shipment is professionally curated at the time of fulfillment using current market conditions, product premiums, inventory availability, and collectible opportunities.

Actual products may vary from previous shipments and product images.


Shipping Confirmation

When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Tracking information is provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take several hours to become active.


Title & Risk of Loss

All shipments are made FOB Shipping Point.

Title to purchased merchandise transfers to the customer when the shipment is delivered to the carrier for transportation.

Risk of loss generally transfers upon delivery to the carrier; however, Altrukom Bullion will reasonably assist customers with carrier claims involving lost or damaged shipments and will fulfill all obligations required under applicable law.


Signature Requirements

To protect our customers and reduce the risk of theft, Altrukom Bullion reserves the right to require an adult signature for delivery on any shipment, regardless of order value.

High-value orders may require additional security measures at our discretion.


Packaging & Security

Orders are packaged securely and discreetly.

Whenever reasonably possible, shipping cartons will not identify the contents as precious metals or reveal the value of the shipment.


Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only.

Altrukom Bullion is not responsible for delays resulting from:

  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor disputes
  • Government actions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Customs delays
  • High shipping volume
  • Cybersecurity incidents
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Orders returned because of incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Altrukom Bullion is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.


Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Customers should monitor tracking information and promptly retrieve delivered packages.

If your package appears lost, damaged, or delayed, please notify Altrukom Bullion as soon as possible so we can assist with the carrier's investigation.

If tracking confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer, Altrukom Bullion cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen.


Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

Any visible shipping damage, shortages, or incorrect items should be reported to Altrukom Bullion within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Photographs of the package
  • Photographs of damaged products
  • Original shipping materials
  • Carrier documentation

Prompt notification helps us resolve claims as quickly as possible.


Shipping Restrictions

Altrukom Bullion currently ships only to addresses within the United States unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any location where shipment is prohibited by federal, state, or local law.


Insurance

At Altrukom Bullion's discretion, shipments may be insured against loss or damage during transit.

Insurance coverage, when provided, does not alter the customer's responsibilities under this Shipping Policy or applicable law.


Force Majeure

Altrukom Bullion shall not be liable for delays or failures in shipment caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, fire, flood, pandemic, labor disputes, cyberattacks, governmental actions, transportation interruptions, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen events.


Policy Changes

Altrukom Bullion reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

Changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
